Customer support representative (English Speaking Market) in Go Study

GoStudy is a large language school and business unit in the Czech Republic, EU. We have over 20 years of experience and specialize in international students. We teach to prepare students for admission to universities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria.We are looking for a Customer Support who is searching for a challenging work environment in the EU company! The main job here is to Identify the type of customer you are communicating with (from inbound requests), and in case it is our targeted one you just push the client to the Sales Team! If you are looking for a friendly team and ready to dive deeply, then you are welcome to join us :)Our requirements are simple:Fluent English is the only must for this role;Work experience as a community manager/customer support/sales development representative (SDR) would be a huge plus;Attention to detail, because we have a lot of communication;Ability to communicate in writing and orally;Experience with CRM systems;Ability to process applicationsYour future tasks here: The main job is to Identify the type of customer you are communicating with, ;Qualification of incoming applications;New lead scoring;Work only with international clients using English;Work under the KPI model;Communicating with other departments of the company and generating tickets for the relevant departments;Work closely with the Sales Team; no need to perform sales, you are working as the hub between the Client and the Sales Team;Working conditions:Comfortable office (within walking distance from the metro);Working hours from 09:00 to 18:00;Restaurant on the territory of the office building;Opportunity for career and professional growth;Coffee, tea, and goodies every day;Base salary 1000 USD + bonuses.
