We are currently looking for an attentive and diligent Customer Support Representative with excellent command of the English language (Advanced, C1 level), who will provide assistance to clients on our customer's project. Our customer's product is the delivery of baked goods in Britain, so the position involves a lot of communication with customers and the ability to find an individual approach to each one. Requirements: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (Advanced, C1 level); Highly developed communication skills; Willingness to work with people and help them in matters of various levels of complexity; Ability to act in non-standard situations; Ability to explain complex things in simple words. It will be a significant advantage: Previous experience working in Customer Support or as a call-center operator; Basic skills in working with G-suite (Google Workspace: Disc/Sheets/Docs); Experience in working with CRM/ATS systems. Responsibilities: Communication with customers using various channels such as calls, chats and emails;Processing orders, forms, claims and inquiries from customers;Retaining information about customer interactions, transactions and feedback, and actions taken to resolve their issues;Coordinating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and providing follow-up services as needed; Participating in trainings to expand product knowledge and improve skills as a Customer Support Representative. Conditions: The main format of work is remote; The trial period lasts 1 month; 5 work shifts per week: morning (7:00-15:00), daytime (15:00-24:00); 2 floating weekends per week.
