We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service. This position involves handling customer inquiries and support for 9 distinct projects, SaaS mostly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Requirements:
➖Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), with excellent spoken skills.
➖Flexibility to work various shifts
➖Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
➖Willingness to work with people and help them with issues of varying complexity.
➖Ability to act in non-standard situations
➖Ability to explain the complex in simple words.
Responsibilities:
✔️Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat).
✔️Assist customers with their inquiries.
✔️Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
✔️Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
✔️Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
Would be a plus:
➖Experience in a relevant position would be a plus.
Work conditions:

➖The probation period is two months
➖2 non-fixed days off per week
➖Work shifts per week: 2 types of shifts: day 16:00-00:00, morning 08:00-16:00
