Now we are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will provide service on our customer's project. Our client specializes in providing software solutions for corporate mobility. They offer a platform designed to increase sales productivity and empower teams with intelligent content management and automation tools. The software focuses on improving customer experience, sales performance and overall organizational efficiency through mobile capabilities. Requirements: Excellent command of the English language (B2 level); Previous experience working in Customer Support or as a call-center operator; Ability to independently find optimal solutions; Confident writing skills that do not require peer review; Ability to effectively manage own time, setting and meeting own deadlines to achieve goals;Ability to successfully balance multiple tasks simultaneously;Strong sense of personal responsibility for results;Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a dynamic team;Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.Would be a significant advantage:Experience with systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce;Technical mindset.Responsibilities:Provide platform and application support by answering questions from internal and external customers;Handle daily tickets, calls and chats, as well as Zoom troubleshooting meetings;Document, reproduce and find creative solutions to problems, reported by clients; Develop a high level of platform skills and maintain these skills through continuous learning; Create partnerships with other departments to meet client needs and goals; Ability to work on cases independently while relying on the team for complex issues; Terms: Format work - remote; Trial period lasts 1 month; Work schedule - Monday-Friday: 1st shift - 15:00-23:30, 2nd shift - 17:00-01:30, 3rd shift - 20:30-5: 00 Kyiv time (break of 30 minutes).
