WHO WEARE LOOKING FOR 😎 Weare looking for a Customer Service Agent with atleast Upper-Intermediate level of English language tojoin our international team and add more diversity into the mix. Inthis role your main aim will betomake the customers happy byproviding live chat support, addressing their inquiries promptly and effectively, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring apositive customer experience. Wedon’t care about your background— you are yours, asthey say— though this position has its requirements and ground rules: you have tobea personable and reliable team player with a customer service mindset , ability to multitask and think onyour feet whilst calmly handling customer queries with a smile . MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 🦾 Toacquire some technical and end-user understanding ofour products soyou can respond tocustomers quickly and accurately (don’t worry, wewill provide the training). Toreport oncommon issues and flag anything urgent. Toapproach customers proactively about select promotions. Tosupport with some translations asour “go-to” native speaker. AFEW MUSTS ❗ Befluent inwritten and spoken English (this isthe official office language). Beinterested inlearning about iGaming and increasing your tech knowledge. Behappy towork different shifts: our Customer Services Department isopen 24/7 (beready tohave 3night shifts from5, oronly night shifts, asyou prefer). WHAT WEOFFER 💎 Fully remote work.
