Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, advise on products and company services.
• Know the product nomenclature and specifics of the company's work for high-quality customer service.
• Preparation of product sketches at the buyer's request before confirming the order.
• Invoicing for payment orders.
• Transfer of production orders through the company's internal CRM system.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in customer service or sales .
• Proficiency in graphic editors and experience with CRM systems is desirable.
• Proficiency in written English at the B2 level and written German at the A2-B1 level for effective interaction with clients from different countries.
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language for communication with the team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Conditions:

• Remote work without attachment to the place of residence (Ukraine, Europe).
• Salary in the amount of 30,000 hryvnias for the trial period and training (duration of about 2 months) From the third month, a rate of $400 + % + bonuses is provided depending on the results of the work.
• Provision of professional development courses is possible from the side of the company.
• Work schedule: Mon-Sat (minimum on Saturday load).
