What the duties include:
- Answer customer questions and help solve problems related to the use of our products and services.
- Participate in creating multilingual knowledge base and Wirex community.
- Creation and implementation of strategy for Reddit, Facebook and Twitter, to increase brand awareness.
- Analysis of indicators of social networks and platforms, providing reporting .
- Improving customer satisfaction and brand reputation by managing and responding to reviews on Trustpilot, Google Play, Apple Pay.
Requirements:
- High level of English Advanced/"strong" Upper intermediate.
- Experience with social networks and platforms.
- Ability to quickly and easily adapt , show loyalty and be ready for changes.
- High level of organization and self-discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with customer or technical support.
- Experience with Zendesk/Freshdesk and Atlassian products.
