We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with our customers and providing them with the best possible experience.We offerflexible working hoursin order to promote a healthy balance between work and personal life. These hours include a morning shift from 7:00 to 15:00, a day shift from 15:00 to 23:00, and a night shift from 23:00 to 07:00.Lack of experience is not an issue as we will providecomprehensive trainingon all the intricacies of our work and share all the secrets with you.What you’ll doRespond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional mannerUnderstand and resolve customer issues and complaintsProvide product and service information to customersCoordinate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issuesIdentify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team membersBuild new and upgrade established channels, means and processes to improve the customer journeyUp-sell company products in collaboration with sales teams to ensure growth attainmentWhat we expect from youAdvanced English (excellent written and verbal communication skills)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think criticallyAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong customer service skills and a passion for helping othersA fast learner with that remains calm and professional under pressureExperience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not requiredProficiency in basic computer skills and softwareFlexibility to work non-standard hours, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
