Uniwell is an international service company that provides services to Customer Care users from more than 100 countries in the field of Health&Fitness.

We are looking forCustomer Support Representativeto provide quality support to users of mobile applications and websites.

The main communication channels are chats and emails. We know all about weight loss and muscle building and run regular team training sessions with leading nutritionists and trainers.

Your future duties:

• communication and providing quality support in chats and emails
• processing of user requests in social networks;
• collection and analysis of user feedback;
• interaction with product, marketing and development teams.

  We expect from you:

  • high level of written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate and above);
  • ability to be polite and meaningful communicate;
  • indifference and a sincere desire to help users;
  • responsibility for the result and the ability to make optimal decisions;
  • interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn.< /li>

  Would be an advantage:

  • knowledge of a second foreign language;
  • experience in customer support.
