Customer Support Representative in Edustorm

We are a product company developing and promoting our own websites in a competitive niche of academic consulting in the US. Besides, we create our own tools and tech solutions for business automation.We are currently looking for a Customer support representative with strong knowledge of English.Working schedule:a morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00(1−2 times per week),a day shift from 14:00 to 22:00(1−2 times per week) ,a night shift from 22:00 to 06:00(2+ times per week).What you’ll do:*Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.*Understand and resolve customer issues and complaints.*Provide product and service information to customers.*Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.*Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.*Build new and upgrade established channels, means and processes to improve the customer journey.*Up-sell company products in collaboration with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.What we expect from you:*Advanced English (excellent written and verbal communication skills B2, С1).*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.*Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.*Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.*A fast learner with that remains calm and professional under pressure.*Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.*Proficiency in basic computer skills and software.*Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including night shifts, weekends and holidays.
