The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems.Woking Schedule: Mon-Fr 15:30 - 00:00 Kyiv timeRequirements:• Basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;• Written and spoken English B2 and upperResponsibilities:• provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;• create and process support tickets;• Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;• ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customers in resolving end-user telephony-related issues;• ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
