Uniwell is an international service company that provides Customer Care services to users with more than 100 of countries in the field of Health&Fitness.

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide quality support to users of mobile applications and websites.

The main channels of communication are chats and emails. We know all about how to adjust weight and build muscle and conduct regular training for the team with leading nutritionists and trainers.

• communication and providing quality support in chats and emails
• handling user requests in social networks;
• collection and analysis of feedback from users;
• interaction with product, marketing and development teams.

We expect from you:

• a high level of written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate and above);
• the ability to communicate politely and meaningfully;
• care and sincere desire to help users;
• responsibility for the result and the ability to make optimal decisions;
• interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn.

It will be an advantage:

• knowledge of a second foreign language;
• experience in customer support.
