Help customers through the text segment of the communication. We process requests via mail/widget/chat. Delegation of requests to related departments and interaction with them. What do we expect from you? We communicate with users only through text, so you have to type fairly quickly in Ukrainian/English/Russian at 220+ characters/minute. English level from B1. Work for results, responsibility and attentiveness. Autonomy during possible blackouts.
