When selecting candidates We are looking for the position of Customer Support Representative: Hard-skills: Proficiency in written English at the B2 level; Experience in online chats/tech. support (will be an advantage); Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence; Typing speed at least 160 characters/min; Advanced PC user, administration skills (Windows) are desirable; Also important for us: Soft — skills: Multitasking, flexibility; Time management; Stress resistance and adaptability; Tolerance, respect, altruism; Your daily tasks will be: Supporting users in incoming chat mode; by other divisions of the company and the formation of reports for the relevant departments; We offer: Schedule: 12-hour shifts: (2 days/2 weekends/2 nights/2 weekends); Paid corporate training and internship; Official employment, paid vacation and sick leave; Send faster your CV and let's get to know each other!
