We are looking for an active and ambitious Customer Support Representative, ready to join our team. Full office employment is expected (without the possibility of a remote / hybrid format ).Requirements: Knowledge of the English language at the B2/C1 level; Ability to conduct correspondence in English; Desirable experience in online chats/tech. support; Typing speed of at least 160 characters/min.; Advanced PC user. Personal qualities: Time management, responsibility; Communicability, ability to adapt; Purposefulness. Responsibilities: Processing of incoming correspondence (chats, e-mail); Determining the cause Customer inquiries; Analyzing customer problems and finding solutions; Communication with relevant departments.
