Responsibilities: Answer customer questions and help resolve issues related to the use of our products and services. Contribute to the development of Wirex's multilingual knowledge base and community. Record and analyze customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement of service quality and share ideas for product improvement. Requirements: High level of English Advanced/"strong" Upper intermediate. The ability to quickly and easily adapt, show loyalty and be ready for changes. Don't be afraid to ask questions and offer ideas. High level of organization and self-discipline. Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. Desired Skills: Customer or technical support experience. Experience with Zendesk/Freshdesk and Atlassian products.
