We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with a good technical background and a desire to develop to join our team. It is important for us: Higher education, ready to consider a student. Knowledge in the field of office software, email clients, browsers, video, audio players; Experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems, Jira, Confluence will be an advantage. It will be an advantage if You have work experience in the QA field. Personal qualities: You are ready to learn and open to new things; You are literate, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; You are able to solve problems, persistent; You are not afraid to take responsibility; You have critical and analytical thinking; You are ready for multitasking; You are attentive and able to respond quickly and navigate information; You are able to clearly and succinctly provide an answer to a question. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers; Respond to inquiries in a timely manner; Identify needs and customer problems; Advise and accompany clients in messengers, mail and ServiceDesk; Analyze problems that arise for the client and look for solutions to the problem; Participate in writing system documentation; Conduct active communication with the team.
