Customer Support Representative in Favor IT

You are our ideal candidate if: You speak English at the B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level; There is no language barrier, the practice of communicating with native English speakers will be an advantage; You can listen, you want to learn and you are looking for long-term work You are not afraid of night shifts (working with the American market) Please note: work experience in the field of customer support is desirable, but not mandatory. Main tasks: Informing customers about their orders; Monitoring transport declarations; Controlling the movement of goods; Helping customers in solving their questions ;Incoming/outgoing phone calls, email correspondence and live chats.
