The department provides Call support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems. Full-time and long-term cooperation.
Shift 16:00 — 00:30 CET (Central European time)
Main Responsibilities:
— provide excellent support to customers via phone-calls;
— create and process support tickets
— Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using
— available resources over the phone and email;
— Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customer in resolving end user Telephony related issues.
— Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
Mandatory Requirements:
basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
good written and spoken English.
