Customer Support Representative / Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

— Be a contact person for Tango users;

—Qualify and validate issues reported by Tango users and resolve them in a timely manner through the text communication channel;

—Execute workload of 15 requests per hour with 5 minutes to first response under SLA;

— Record user issues in the issue tracking tool (JIRA);

—Collect feedback and suggest improvements in interaction with users;

- Achieve good results in personal KPIs and help teammates do the same.

Requirements:

— Previous experience working with clients (1+ years);

— High level of English (C1+) with a professional tone in written communication;

— Desire to help and teach, ability to empathize with customers;

— Competent speech, the ability to express oneself;

—Responsible team player;

- Multitasking, able to show and report results.

Additional qualifications:

— Knowledge of additional languages ​​(Arabic, Turkish, Spanish) will be a plus;

- Previous experience with help desk systems (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.) is an advantage;

- Experience with task tracking tools (Jira, YouTrack, Confluence) is an advantage;
