Now our support team is looking for new service-oriented and experienced members to join LiveXP.

Company’s expectations from a candidate:
- interact with users undertaking the necessary actions to handle complaints keeping all sides satisfied (company’s, student’s and tutor’s);
- gather user feedback, and promptly and in a proper form forward it to the team lead and the support team;
- provide complete information about the company’s products and services on the highest level;
- perform delegated by management tasks on the highest level (interviews of the users, onboarding video calls, preparing stats and infographics);
- monitor the platform’s changes and update FAQ whenever any changes happen;
- participate in brainstorming sessions with the other members of the customer support team;
- have a proactive approach in participating in improvements of the product and processes;
- Proactiveness while providing support for the users.

- attentive to details and stress-resistant
- a team worker and a great multitasker
- initiative and thinking out of the box
- a confident user of various electronic devices (laptops / mobile phones, etc.)
- able to act quickly and learn fast
- flexible towards the processes and product changes
- experienced in using different infographic tools
- creative and write outstanding texts
- courageous enough to take responsibility for your actions
- help others not just because it’s your work, but because helping others is your passion
and you have:
- strong oral and written communication skills
- advanced/fluent level of English
- problem-solving skills
- strong knowledge of Customer Service (experience is a must)
- strong multitasking skills
- outstanding typing skills and ability to handle and support several chat conversations simultaneously on a high level
It will be an advantage if you:
- passed courses on Customer service
- speak other languages
