Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service within our client’s project. You will be solving problems and responding to customer queries via email/ticket/calls. If you have strong communication skills and customer service experience, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months experience in Customer Support;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication prowess;
• Upper-intermediate English is a MUST;
• Background in customer support or experience in hospitality, commercial flights;
• Willingness to work with people and help them with issues of varying complexity;
• Ability to explain the complex in simple word
• Experience with commercial flights

Would be a plus:

• Previous experience in sales

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via various channels, such as emails/ chats/calls
• Perform additional tasks related to the project- pre-sales support mostly at the very beginning
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, as well as actions taken to resolve their issues
• Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up services as required

Work conditions:

• Probationary period: 2 month
• Remote work
• 2 non-fixed days off per week
• Work shifts per week: 2/2 shifts 6:00-17:00
