Customer Support Representative in Fast Corporate LTD

Fast Corporation LTD is an Israeli technology company with more than 8 years of experience in the global market. We create digital products for customers in the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and other Tier-1 countries.

Our support team works from Kyiv - and we are actively scaling!

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will help improve the user experience of our product - the PC App Store.

What you will do:

• Advise English-speaking users through theemail, chats and calls.
• Assist with the installation of programs, application functionality and product use.
• Work with payment requests:
• Process refunds.
• Prepare documents for chargebacks.
• Manage subscriptions (cancellation, renewal, extension).
• Fix bugs, send new feature requests, provide feedback to the product team.
• Create and update knowledge base articles, internal guides, and FAQs.
• Analyze recurring user requests and help improve support through CRM and technical inquiries.

What's important to us:

• Fluent English (spoken and written) at B2+ level - mandatory.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
• Competent pronunciation and confident communication on the phone.
• Knowledge ofOS Windows.
• Community, stress resistance, attention to detail and a sincere desire to help people.

What we offer you:

• Schedule: variable, 24/7 (7:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-7:00).
• Changes are coordinated by the team, the schedule is formed monthly.
• U an average of 20–21 shifts per month (160–168 hours).
• The first 5 days - offline onboarding in our office in BC "Hvylia" (Pecherska). In the future - remote work.
• Payment for FOP - all taxes will be compensated by the company.
