Now looking for a Customer Support Representative with German language knowledge for our product

- Advanced German spoken and written;
- high level of communication and written skills: ability to communicate effectively with clients on the phone, work with challenges and resolve issues through electronic correspondence;
- high level of stress resistance;
It will be a plus:
- experience in a similar position;
- ability to type quickly;
- competent and fast construction of sentences without loss of quality correspondence;

Your daily tasks will be:
- communication with clients through chats, emails and less often calls;
- solving simple technical issues, for example, restoring access to an account if the client has forgotten the password;
- assisting with verification or registration;
- resolving payment issues and other similar requests;
- forwarding requests for solving technical and financial difficulties of clients to other departments of the company, receiving feedback for further informing the client
