responsibilities:
-qualify and confirm the problems reported by Tango users, and solve them in a timely manner with the help of text communication channel; Work load 15 applications per hour with 5 minutes to the first response by the service level; FONT-WIGHT: 400 ">-Collect reviews and offer interaction with users;
Requirements:
-Previous experience with customers (1+ years);
-High English (B2+) with a professional tone in written communication;
-The desire to help and teach, the ability to empathize with customers;
-competent speech, ability to speak;
-Responsible command player;
-Multiple, capable of showing and reporting results.
Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Turkish, Spanish) will be a plus;
-Previous experience with support systems (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.) is an advantage;
-Experience with Task Tracking Tools (Jira, YouTrack, Confluence) is an advantage;
