Responsibilities:< /b>

  • Quickly and professionally respond to incoming customer inquiries in chats, email and phone.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide effective solutions via chat and phone, and also monitor case execution.
  • Resolve issues related to payments: processing returns, solving resolution of payment issues, account verification.
  • Collaborate with authors to ensure seamless communication and resolution questions.
  • Manage tasks in the CRM system, maintaining the organization and efficiency of work processes.

What do we expect from you?

  • Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) for effective communication with customers via chat, calls and email.
  • Natural problem solving skills: ability to listen, understand and positively resolve customer issues.
  • Empathy and friendliness to make customers feel valued and heard.
  • Proactive and result-oriented: willingness to achieve more and lead by example others.
