Customer Support Representative in Choice

We, ChoiceQR, are an international foodtech startup with offices in Prague, Warsaw and Kyiv. Our product is a SAAS solution for restaurants, cafes and hotels. Among them: online menu, table ordering, self-delivery and take-out platform, table reservation, reviews and a customer base with a loyalty system. The product is paid for by subscription from $15 to $89 per month. Our product is already used by more than 20,000 businesses across Europe.

For it is important to us:

• Experience in the position of support manager is preferred
• Experience in the position of support manager is preferred one year in SAAS projects and in the HoReCa industry, IT
• Teamwork

• Experience in online chats or support services, inbound and outgoing calls
• CRM work experience
• Systematic approach to daily work
  

What to do:
 

• Assisting customers in solving all their questions that come through the support line
• Timely response in support chats and messengers, phone calls
• Outgoing inquiries if we see that the customer has a technical failure has occurred
• Fixing and transferring to the product department wishes regarding the improvement of the application
• Fixing technical bugs from customers.
• Transferring customer feedback
• Transferring requests to other departments: financial, sales, onboarding, KMS
   

We offer:

• Work schedule: 5 working shifts and 2 days off, mainly day shifts (9.00-18.00, 10.00-19.00), there may be evening shifts and weekend shifts (13.00-22.00), according Kyiv time
