Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring a high level of customer service: polite and timely resolution of their requests (B2C).

Who we are looking for:

• < strong>English language at a level not lower than B2.
• Experience as a customer support specialist from six months.
• Problem solving skills , stress resistance, active listening and attention to detail.
• Personal qualities: respect, empathy and calm character.
• Experience working with CRM systems and programs such as Zendesk, Asana, Slack, Chats, Social Messengers, ZOOM, Google Meet.
