We are looking for an active and ambitious Customer Support Representative , ready to join our team.

Full office employment is expected ( no remote / hybrid format possible).

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language at the B2/C1 level;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Ability to correspond in English;
• Desirable experience in online chats/tech. support;
• Print speed not less than 160 characters/min;
• Advanced PC user.< /li>

• Time management, responsibility;
• Sociability, ability to adapt;
• Purposefulness.

< b style="font-weight: 700">Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming correspondence (chats, e-mail);
• Determining the reason for the client's request;
• Analysis of customer problems and search for solutions;
• Communication with relevant departments.
