Customer Support Representative in UVOTEAM

We are looking for Customer Support Representative with knowledge of the English language in the UVOteam team! We welcome applicants from any part of Ukraine. 

Uvoteam is a product IT company. In addition to supporting core EdTech products, we also test and bring new projects to market.

Tasks:

• Providing assistance to English-speaking customers in the CRM system, in chats and by phone;

• Checking orders in our admin system;

• Processing incoming requests;

• Execution of additional management-initiated tasks.< /span>

Work schedule:

We work in shifts, 3-5 times a week: morning (6:00-15:00), afternoon (15:00-22:00), night (22:00-06:00)

Our expectations:

• English at B2 level and above;

• Multitasking;

• Elementary skills of professional communicationи;

• Time management skills;" -decoration: none">

  Access to stable Internet;

• Equipped workplace for working during power outages or the opportunity to visit a co-working office in Kyiv;

• Ability to work all types of changes;< /p>

• Experience in sales will be a plus.
