Requirements: b>
- Knowledge of the English language at the B2/C1 level;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Ability to correspond in English;- Experience in online chats/tech. support;
- Print speed not less than 160 characters/min;
- Advanced PC user.< /li>

- Processing incoming correspondence (chats, e-mail);
- Determining the reason for the client's request;
- Analysis of customer problems and search for solutions;
