We are looking for an active and ambitiousCustomer Support Representative , ready to join our team.
Full office employment is expected ( without possibility of remote / hybrid format).
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the English language at the B2/C1 level;
- Ability to correspond in English;< /li>
- Desirable experience in online chats/tech. support;
- Printing speed not less than 160 characters/min;
- Advanced PC user.
Personal qualities:
- Time management, responsibility;
- Communicability, ability to adapt;
- Purposefulness.
Duties:
- Processing incoming correspondence (chats, e-mail);
- Determination of the reason for the client's appeal;
- Analysis of client problems and search for solutions;
- Communication with relevant departments.
