Customer support operator (evening shift, remote) in Skycall

The SkyCall company is looking for a customer support representative in its team! We support customers of online stores in America, Canada and Europe.

You are our an ideal candidate if:

• you speak English at the upper-intermidiate/advanced level;
• you learn quickly;
• you easily adapt to changes;
• you have technical support for uninterrupted work at home (laptop/computer, Internet).

It will be a plus:

• experience in customer support;
• knowledge of Spanish, Italian, German or French.

The lack of experience is not a problem for us, the main thing is the desire to work and gain new knowledge.

Your future duties:

• processing of orders existing in the system;
• helping customers in solving questions and providing information about orders.
