What to do: advise customers on current issues, promotions, loyalty program via chat - manager; take notes in CRM; solve client problems if they arise. What about you: attentiveness; fluency in Ukrainian (grammar, spelling); fast typing; responsibility; stress resistance; developed empathy, desire to help the client; experience in support will be a plus. Conditions: schedule 2-2. 12-hour shifts from 8:00 to 8:00 p.m. or night shifts from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; hourly pay; Office work, Kyiv; onboarding, training and preparation for full-time teamwork.
