Tasks: - Provide professional and high-quality customer support by phone, e-mail and chat; - Answer customer questions about our services, clarify terms and conditions and details of the booking process;- Solve problems and understand customer needs, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions;- Record and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. Requirements:- Experience in customer service will be a big plus;- Excellent communication skills and abilities work with stressful situations;- Good command of Ukrainian and Russian languages, both written and spoken;- Ability to work effectively in a team and be polite and friendly;- High responsibility and result-oriented.
