Customer support operator in Zgoda, strahova kompaniya

In connection with the development of the service direction, we are looking for an employee for the position of customer support operator, who will be responsible for communication with customers in messengers and supporting their requests.

Working conditions:

• Payment from UAH 40,000 with a bonus system.
• Work schedule of your choice: 4/2 or 5/2 (weekends can be agreed).

Main duties:

• Receive and process messages from customers via online channels.
• Consultation regarding orders and company services.
• Checking the correctness of orders and transferring them to work.
• Interaction with related departments to meet deadlines.
