We are developing and hiring new colleagues for the position of customer support specialist. You may be busy with your duties from home. Skills: Upper-Intermediate English level and above; strong analytical skills; attention to detail; initiative; excellent communication and presentation skills; flexibility, results-oriented, with an "everything can be done" approach; ability to independently find solutions; ability to diplomatically resolve non-standard situations Duties: first-class service to all customers, both internal and external; processing incoming and outgoing calls and letters, insurance companies, providing information about patient accounts; analysis and input/updation of data in patients' medical records; checking the availability and compliance of patients' insurance policies; documenting the billing and payment process in the client's account for further monitoring; monthly reporting according to requests; solving all internal system requests regarding applications; understand information security risks, including accurate and timely reporting of all adverse incidents as described in company policies; adhere to the principles of data security and patient confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards during the performance of official duties and when interacting with patients, colleagues and medical professionals.
