Customer support manager with knowledge of the German language in BPO company MSV Multicall

The MSV Multicall company cooperates with an Austrian developer of mobile phones that differ from usual devices in their simplicity , convenience and special adaptations for older users.

We are looking for a candidate for part-time employment who is fluent in German and ready to assist users in solving their questions about the operation of mobile devices.

What we offer:

• 4-hour working day from Monday to Friday;

  We expect from you:

  • the ability to communicate fluently in German;
  • willingness to communicate on the phone;
  • willingness to help customers;
  • experience in the field of customer support will be considered an advantage.

  What should be done?

  • accept calls from mobile phone users in German;
  • provide assistance to users in solving problems with the operation of mobile devices;
  • polite and patient attitude towards customers , especially considering that the product is intended for elderly users.
