The MSV Multicall company cooperates with the Austrian developer of mobile phones, which differ from the usual devices in terms of simplicity, convenience and special adaptations for older users.

We are looking for a part-time candidate who is fluent in German and willing to help users with their questions regarding the operation of mobile devices.

What should be done?

• accept calls from mobile phone users in German;
• provide assistance to users in solving problems with the operation of mobile devices;
• polite and patient attitude towards customers , especially considering that the product is intended for elderly users.
