You are our ideal candidate if:

• You know English (level B1 and above) ;
• You have good communication skills, you are ready to learn, develop, quickly learn new information;
• Work experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage.

What will you do?

• Help passengers with written communication (changes in reservations, cancellations). Tickets/chats;
• Advise customers about company services;
