Currently, we are looking for a specialist who is ready to join our friendly Quadrasoft team. What will happen? or mail; Provision of background information about the company's services or products, system consultation; Communication with users and colleagues regarding the solution of light technical issues; Assistance in changing service settings; Conducting trainings on working with the system for users. Our candidate is fluent in Ukrainian/Russian and Bulgarian languages; Has more than a year of experience in the client sector, a pleasant voice, clear diction; Worked with a large amount of information, knows how to set priorities; Learns quickly and is result-oriented; Able to analyze the situation and present/process information in an accessible manner; Able to find a common language with colleagues , listen to others, knows the rules of business communication, responsible, independent, proactive; Has a higher education, preference is given to technical fields; Confident PC user: work with a browser, mail, CRM.
