Responsibilities: - Receive incoming calls and inquiries from clients regarding appliance repair.- Effectively schedule appointments for service visits based on technician availability and customer needs.- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing their questions and requests.- Maintain detailed documentation of calls, meetings and customer interactions in our database.- Collaborate with other team members to optimize planning and service delivery processes.- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
