Customer Support Manager (Uniwell) in Genesis

Uniwell is an international service company that is a partner company of Genesis and provides Customer Care services to users from more than 100 countries in the field of Health & Fitness. We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to provide quality support to users of mobile applications and websites. The main channels of communication are chats and e-mails. We know all about how to adjust weight and build muscle, and conduct regular training for the team together with leading nutritionists and trainers. Your future duties: communication and providing quality support to students and emails; forwarding complex tickets from users to the appropriate teams ; collection and analysis of feedback from users; interaction with product, marketing and development teams. We expect from you: a high level of written fluent English (Upper-Intermediate language); the ability to communicate politely and meaningfully; indifference and a strong desire to help users; responsibility for results and the ability to accept optimal solutions; interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn. It will be an advantage: experience in customer support.
