Customer support manager (support, E-commerce, Rozetka, Prom) in Cey Toy

SV Group - we unite a group of brands and more than 10 successful online stores (electronics, beauty and home goods). We are currently expanding and looking for an energetic person in the care department to help our customers get the best service.

What you will do:

• Quality communication: consulting clients (50/50 - phone calls and correspondence in marketplace chats).
• Working with reputation: control of store ratings and responses to customer reviews.
• Operational processes: work in the CRM system, placing orders and customer support up to the moment receiving the goods.
• Resolving issues:prompt assistance to customers in any situation and collecting feedback.

You are our ideal candidate if:

1. You have experience in e-commerce from 1 year (must be with Rozetka and Prom marketplaces).
2. You love to communicate: you have a pleasant voice and competent Ukrainian language (oral and written).
3. Empathetic:You sincerely want to help the client and know how to solve any issue with a smile.
4. Technically prepared:have a laptop, a headset and stable internet.

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Shifts: flexible weekend schedule (3-4 hours per day for customer support).
