The team is looking for two Customer Support Managers who will work in different time zones (Ukraine and Kazakhstan). Our future specialists will help our customers in using the service :)

Your tasks:

1. Handle customer inquiries via chat and sometimes over the phone (95% of inquiries via chat).

2. To help our users in setting up projects.

3. Work with the knowledge base (updating and writing instructions).

4. Work with the CRM system for communication with other departments of our team.

5. Capture for the development team customer requests and bugs encountered by customers.
