• Communication with English-speaking brokers and drivers by phone.
• Taking calls and solving problems in the delivery of goods using creative solutions and patience.
• Processing of emails and prompt resolution of the related issues.
• Effective communication between all parties involved in the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• High proficiency in English.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on results.
• Ability to work under stress and effectively multitask.
• Proficient time management skills.
