Yellow Stone is looking for a Customer Support manager with knowledge of the Polish language! Your responsibilities: Provide highly qualified support to customers via e-mail and chat, answer questions about the company's products and services, sometimes also consult on the phone (up to 15% of the volume of work); Respond to customer requests and solve their problems; Forwarding requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users, to receive feedback for the purpose of further informing users; Notification of detected problems or errors on supported resources. Our candidate: Fluent in Polish (level B2 and above); Computer literate at the level of a confident user; Possesses highly developed written and verbal skills; Experience in customer support will be an advantage.
