Therefore, we need a specialist with knowledge of English not lower than upper-intermediate. Our team works 24/7, and therefore we have 3 types of shifts: morning, day, night. There is currently an open vacancy for a day shift: 16.00 — 00.00. Requirements: The level of English is not lower than upper-intermediate. Confident PC user, knowledge of Goggle sheets, Excel at the basic level. Experience in communicating with clients in English. Promptness. Ability to respond quickly and communicate with customers. Experience working in the support service is MANDATORY. Literacy. It is very important to conduct a written dialogue in English competently and qualitatively, to be polite to clients. From you - sociability and the desire to earn, we will teach the rest. Schedule: day shift from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (8 hours) Training with our manager and a paid internship during the week (only if accepted on work) The trial period is one month.
