Project information:
We are looking for an online chat operator who will participate in the development and provision of quality support of users of our resource.
Main tasks:
- Accept incoming requests from customers (online chats);
- Help with the site (provide technical support);
- Interaction with others departments of the company, within the framework of solving the client's issues;
- Maintain a friendly atmosphere in communication with clients;
- Show customer orientation in work and help as much as possible in solving issues.
It is important for us:
- You speak the Ukrainian language competently and fluently;
- You see yourself in the field of customer service and maintenance;
- Positive, attentive and friendly;
- Age from 21 (this is stipulated by the gaming business legislation);
- Quick learner and multitasker.
