Due to business expansion, we are looking for a candidate for the position of "Customer Support". Key responsibilities will include  providing reliable customer support and implementing strategies to improve service quality.

What you will do:

- Manage the operations of the customer support department, ensuring a high quality of service;

- Develop and improve processes of interaction with customers;

- Communicate with customers and partners of the company;

- Analyze data and make recommendations for improving the work of the department.

Required experience:

- Experience is not required but is welcome;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Knowledge of the principles of client-orientation;
